10 + years experience designing, writing and editing software and hardware documentation. Extensive experience teaching HTML/DHTML-based Online documentation and help systems, also JavaScript and principles of Java. I am known for my ability to work with exceptionally difficult people and my ability to work extremely rapidly and accurately, as well as my command of technology, in general, and of networking, in particular. VOIP/DOCSIS starlight networks, SIP/CPL Longboard, XML/WAP Kovair [total experience about >1 year]

Previous experience includes:

  1. Designed and taught a course in web based applications and web design, specifically documentation and online training.

  2. Twelve to fifteen years of teaching college, including teaching applications and programming ( JavaScript, java, etc) and Unix, at various colleges in California.

  3. One year of teaching statistics for nurses and psychologists at Dominican College in San Rafael Ca.

  4. Numerous writing projects including writing documents for Ikonic in San Francisco about their new web-based service, At home.com (not @home).
  5. Writing white papers, etc. for Sentius, a very small software house in California and writing all marketing materials for Japan MacWorld.

  6. Working for a Localization company (Polyglot) on a large number of manuals for the FDA and Bechman instruments in five languages: French, Italian, English, German, Spanish and Japanese.

  7. Writing articles for the US Postal service for their Memo to Mailers publication (Audience is their customers)
