Gateway only Merchant Account and Gateway This plan has a setup fee of $99US, monthly statement fee is $10.00, monthly gateway fee of $14.95 and the transaction fee is 0.35¢. Our merchant discount rate (MDR) is as low as 2.25% depending upon your credit rating, your products or services being sold and your projected volume. There is also a monthly minimum fee of $25US. This monthly minimum fee means you will need to process a minimum of approximately $1000 in monthly sales volume or you will be charged $25 instead of the 2.25% MDR. In order to begin the signup process, you need to complete our application and provide us with a copy of your articles of incorporation and a copy of a void cheque. Once we receive all your completed paperwork, then it will take approx 2-5 business days to process your app. To obtain a merchant account and payment gateway, you can download these forms and fax these with a copy of your articles of incorporation (or business registration), copy of their driver's license and a copy of a void cheque. to: Merrick_APP - US_Meramak_Humbold
