Gotta be cool mommy...
It was hot today. One of the first warm days after a long winter. Since I have a half an hour walk to school, I felt I wanted to get me a hat to protect me from the sun. I went to my usual clothing store, but didn't find anything. I picked up Jason from school and passed by "the Rag Shop" a big store in craft supplies. I was holding a black cap in my hands that didn't have any decoration or anything since the caps were made to be decorated by the buyer, they were "plain and simple".
Jason looked at me and said: "You cannot buy this mommie!".
"Oh, no?" I inquired. "Why?".
"It's not cool." he replied. "You gotta be cool, mommy!".

Jason has been very much into "Rescue Heroes" lately, so when I saw some little boys' underwear with Rescue Heroes on it, I bought them right away.
He was thrilled. Today, after he went to the toilet, he came running in the garden - pants still down - to show his sister his new underwear. He showed her his behind to show her Billy Blazes, the Firefighter. "Tadaaaa!" he exclaimed.
"Now let's show Dean", he said, referring to his friend.
I had to explain him that it was OK to show off his underwear to his family members, but that he should keep it private outside the house ;-)
